"I first hired Christalene to come to my home to help celebrate my son Mason’s 3rd birthday.  We spoke prior to our appointment to discuss what I was looking to do.  We decided to do storytime, face painting, and bubbles.  I gave her an idea of what theme he was doing for his party (Thomas the Tank), so it can be based around the theme.  When Christalene came over, she had a wonderful hand-painted board of a huge Thomas the Tank Train which my son loved!  She then did face and body painting on all of the children (and some of the adults), which we all loved.  She worked very well with all 10 children, and they really enjoyed it.  While they were eating, she read a story and then she blew bubbles for all the children.  Everyone had a great time!

Christalene is a very warm and wonderful person who is extremely good with children of all ages.  My son warmed up to her instantly as did all of the other children.  I was so impressed with her that I re-hired her for Mason’s 4th birthday party.  She was going to do music and movement, as well as face painting with the children.  When she got there, my son remembered her after not seeing her for a year.  Obviously, she made a great impression on him.  When it was his turn to get his face painted, he requested the exact same thing she had done for him last year (a Thomas the Tank on his arm)  I can’t believe he remembered that!  Most of the children that should have come, didn’t show up for one thing or the other.  There actually were only two kids there.  So, ALL the adults had body painting, Henna tattoos, and a pregnant lady had her belly painted.  I think the adults loved it more than the children."
